Delivery

Every SYRUS piece is handmade to order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your piece to be created, plus 2 to 3 business days for shipping once it's on its way. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing, so please review your selection and measurements carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at syrushaus@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.

Product Care

Gently clean with the included polishing cloth as need to maintain shine and remove tarnish. Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time- this is normal and easily buffed out.

Safe for occasional contact with water, but avoid chlorinated pools, hot tubs and prolonged soaking, as chlorine can pit and damage both sliver and stone over time. Remove before swimming, showering with heavy soaps, or using lotions/perfumes directly on the piece.
